When and where is NeurIPS 2026?
NeurIPS 2026 runs from 6 to 12 December at ICC Sydney, the main site, and from 9 to 13 December at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta and the Paris Congress Center in Paris. NeurIPS 2026
Are NeurIPS 2026 tickets sold out?
On 2 November 2026 in-person tickets for Sydney and Atlanta were shown as sold out, with places released daily from the waitlist. Paris was sold out to people who are not presenting authors and its waiting list was closed. Waitlist
Can I get a refund for NeurIPS 2026?
Full refunds end on 4 November 2026. After that there are no refunds, except that a registration can be converted to virtual if you applied for your visa by 20 October and it was refused or unanswered. Pricing
Does one NeurIPS ticket work in all three cities?
No official page says so. Tickets are sold per site and per product, and each accepted paper is presented at the site allocated to it. Pricing
Can I attend NeurIPS 2026 virtually?
Yes. The Virtual Only Pass costs USD 50 for students, 200 for academics and 275 for industry, and covers live streams and interaction through the mobile app. It is not enough for authors. Pricing
How do I get a visa invitation letter for NeurIPS?
Buy an in-person registration first, then generate the letter on neurips.cc, or request it during Paris registration. NeurIPS issues letters only to registered participants. Visa
What size is a NeurIPS 2026 poster?
Main conference posters are 140 cm wide by 90 cm high, landscape. Workshop posters are 61 cm wide by 85 cm high, portrait. Poster Information
When can I put up my NeurIPS poster?

Is child care available at NeurIPS 2026?
Yes, free for registered attendees at all three sites, first come first served. Sydney and Atlanta reservations close on 6 November, and there are no onsite reservations. Children
Can children attend NeurIPS?
You must be 14 or older to attend in person, except nursing infants with a guardian. The Children page allows ages 14 to 17 with a guardian only if the conference is not sold out. Children
Where should I book a hotel for NeurIPS 2026?
Official rates for Sydney and Atlanta are only through the Housing Portal, and Paris uses Revolugo. NeurIPS warns against third parties collecting registration or housing details. Hotels
What is the closest station to ICC Sydney?
Central and Town Hall stations are about a 10-minute walk away, and the L1 light rail stops at the Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre. ICC Sydney
Is ICC Sydney cashless?
Yes. ICC Sydney takes eftpos only, including at food kiosks and cafes. Major cards and Apple, Google and Samsung Pay work; Alipay and WeChat Pay do not. ICC Sydney
How do I get from Atlanta airport to the Georgia World Congress Center?
MARTA rail runs from Airport Station in the Domestic Terminal. The nearest stop to the venue is SEC District Station, with Vine City also serving Building C. A standard fare is USD 2.50. GWCC
How do I get to the NeurIPS venues in Paris?
The Paris Congress Center is at Porte Maillot on metro line 1, exit 3. Workshops at the Sorbonne Jussieu campus are at Jussieu on metro lines 7 and 10. From the airports you need the 14 euro Paris Region Airports ticket. Viparis
Is food included at NeurIPS 2026?
Paris registration includes coffee breaks, lunches and the welcome cocktail on 9 December. No official page says whether lunch is in Sydney and Atlanta tickets. The Sydney schedule lists Retail Lunch. NeurIPS Paris
Who do I contact about a Code of Conduct concern at NeurIPS?
Email hotline@neurips.cc, or ask at the registration desk for the HR consultant. Reports made during the conference get a response within 24 hours. Code of Conduct
